Attuned Mornings (AM) or a Surprise Gift?

A preferred version of mornings, bang start at dawn. Great things happen to ‘early risers’, it is said. I am not one of the regulars. And, waking up before 5am is hard. Pretty average-like. That’s why, I became curious and checked, ‘what did I do when I rose earlier than the sun?
I thought of my “gone old days” to see. Here, I am enlisting an account of those days when I jumpstarted, without beating the alarm to snooze. Owing to this bizarre activity, I became proud to find that such rare mornings occurred like precious gems; randomly and episodically. Waking up early turned out eventful and full of pleasurable moments.
Consider, this as my little tribute to them for showing up in my life. And, also for giving me an opportunity to attune me to self-love and focus. Read on, if you are like me and rekindle your love for mornings.
The very first Memory
Einstein at 6?
My early signs looked promising. At 6 years of age, maybe I attended the first grade in school. I may have looked like an Einstein at night with disheveled hair. At 4 am, I was spotted flipping pages of my school books. No parent and guardian would ignore such observation, in India. Predictably, they were happy. And, they still tell me stories about my early mornings when they caught me doing homework or reading books and scribbled in dim lights. Their narrative abilities have left me some flashbulb memories like they are real. And, I vaguely remember those “being busy” feelings. But, I clearly remember being sent to strict tuition teachers and to a school reputed for hysterical proportions of homework. The school calendar did not have enough lines and columns to accommodate the stuff that required to be done at home.
Homework did hurt, but good grades didn’t!
